But Apple denied the claim, saying I wasn't eligible for a refund, even though I gave them all the details of the probIem I had with the app, the detais of the App Store purchase - including purchase order ID, date of purchase and credit card charged. So contacted Apple customer service for help, but they said there was nothing they could do, and advised me to file a claim for a refund, which I did. Tried the help website listed on the product information page in the App Store app, but it never loaded, even though I tried several timescon both Apple's Safari browser and Google's Chrome browser. The app didn't provide any customers service phone number, email address or link to a website for help. Purchased lifetime Pro Unlimited subscription, but the subscription didn't implement.
The developer is perpetrating a scam, and Apple is complicit in this.
